We want you to love your GleamFlow products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to request a return

Email us at jrtrustewart@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
